The Mimosa is very similar to Bucks Fizz but don’t let this put you off a great Mimosa! Mimosa’s are made with equal parts champagne and orange juice as opposed to Bucks Fizz with two parts champagne to one part orange juice. Bucks fizz is often served in a flute glass without ice and became most renowned for wedding day arrival drinks often served warm with cheap sparkling wine and bad orange juice. Mimosa’a are served in a wine or balloon glass with plenty of ice and when served cold with a good quality champagne with freshly squeezed orange juice you will really notice the difference and your Buck Fizz nightmares will be a distant memory!
