Mojitos are one of the most popular summer cocktails. This simple cocktail consists of 5 ingredients White Rum, Sugar, Lime Juice, Mint and Soda Water. It’s a combination of sweetness, citrus and mint flavours intended to complement the rum. There are several versions of the Mojito and most include adding fresh fruit and liqueurs to the muddling process to achieve a variety of fresh flavours.
